What we look at

To run a spec check we read the public product pages of your online store, and the public datasheets published by the manufacturers of the products you sell. We do not need access to your store's admin, customer data or orders to do this.

What we keep

If you email us, we keep your name, email address, store URL and our conversation so we can reply and send your report. If you ask us to fix your pages, we keep only the access you give us for that job and remove it when the job ends.

How we contact people

We sometimes email store owners about errors we found on their public product pages. If you would rather not hear from us, reply "no" to any email and we will not contact you again.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use standard service providers to run email and this website, and AI tools to read product pages. They process information only to provide those services to us.
